- Yes after much effort we arrived at the right person which was very kind
- and tried to help us. I will admit the in general terms for the novice
- if there are problems it's almost a dead end. The various people that we
- spoke to at USR were trying the best.
-
- USR has serious growth problems and a cooling off period is waranted. On
- the other side how much service you can offer for a $200 product which
- sell at $120 to $140 and cost around $75 to $90 in parts and labor.
