  27. Yes after much effort we arrived at the right person which was very kind 
  28. and tried to help us. I will admit the in general terms for the novice 
  29. if there are problems it's almost a dead end. The various people that we 
  30. spoke to at USR were trying the best.

  32. USR has serious growth problems and a cooling off period is waranted. On 
  33. the other side how much service you can offer for a $200 product which 
  34. sell at $120 to $140 and cost around $75 to $90 in parts and labor.
